PMH-C certified support for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood — including intimacy changes and parental identity shifts.
Perinatal & Parenthood
Having a child reorganizes nearly everything: your body, your identity, your relationship, your sex life. Most support covers the first of those and goes quiet on the rest.
I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and work with parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood — including the intimacy changes and identity shifts that rarely come up at a six-week checkup.
“Missing who you were before and loving your child are not in conflict.”
Areas of focus
Clinical Approach
Our early relational patterns shape everything — how we pursue and avoid intimacy, how we regulate emotion, how we experience desire. Therapy surfaces those patterns gently and without judgment.
Many relational and sexual struggles have roots in earlier wounds. This work moves at your pace and never requires you to re-live what you’re not ready to approach.
Lasting change happens at the body level, not just the cognitive level. Sessions integrate somatic awareness alongside insight and narrative work.
